2. How we use your personal data

We are committed to protecting your personal data, which includes data relating to any purchases of goods and/or services such as your name, title, billing address, delivery address, email address, phone number, contact details and purchase details. We process this data to supply the goods and/or services you have purchased. Our lawful ground for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us or taking steps at your request to enter into such a contract.

We also keep data that includes any communication that you send to us whether that be through email, text, social media messaging, social media posting, letter or any other communication that you send us. We process this data for the purposes of communicating with you, for record keeping and for the establishment, pursuance or defence of legal claims. Our lawful ground for this processing is our legitimate interests which in this case are to reply to communications sent to us, to keep records and to establish, pursue or defend legal claims.

We will keep your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it. We may retain your data to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements so for example we need to keep certain information about you for 6 years after you cease to be a client for tax purposes. You have the right to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you in certain circumstances. See section 6 below.

In relation to a Subject Access Right request, you may request that we inform you of the data we hold about you and how we process it. We will not charge a fee for responding to this request unless your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive in which case we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to respond.
