New or old, traditional or modern, it doesn’t matter. We can design, make, supply, alter, mend, and recover any piece of furniture you like, and I’ll organise everything through to the delivery.

I’ll be there guiding you right from the start, helping you choose the right piece, the best fabric, or the perfect finish. I do all of this gently and collaboratively so you only get a result that reflects you – not a trend!

Bespoke Joinery

If you’re looking for inbuilt cabinets, custom-sized furniture, bookcases, or media units, we’ll make it happen.

After a consultation where you tell us your needs and ideas, I’ll design the joinery in detail. You’ll get an overall sketch showing the concept so you can easily see what it will look like, and a detailed drawing to give to the joiner.

We will work collaboratively to decide on the finish, colour, and size. If you’re not sure what you need or want, I’ll advise you every step of the way.

I work with a number of independent joiners and makers who are all incredible at bringing our ideas to life. You won’t have to worry about managing this process, as I’ll handle everything so you get a finished product that is exactly what you want.

 

Reupholstery

There’s something so very rewarding about bringing life to a much-loved armchair or an heirloom piano stool.

The upholsterers I use are all independent, UK based, traditionally trained, and absolute experts in furniture construction and upholstery techniques.

No piece of furniture is too tricky – we can upholster anything, from sofas to bedheads, and stools to window seats. Your piece of furniture will be delivered back to you looking fabulous and exactly as you’d imagined.

 

Sourcing and Procurement

I work with furniture suppliers to provide clients with new items, from sofas and chairs, to bedroom and dining furniture.

New items of upholstered furniture can be covered in any of our fabrics, so we can get the perfect colour and style.

I have worked with these suppliers and manufacturers for many years, and stand by their quality, workmanship and value.

I’ll manage the process, from the initial enquiry to the delivery. And if you’re worried about budget, there’s no need – as I’ll steer you in the right direction for your budget.

 

Antique Furniture Restoration

Just because you’re getting a fresh interior doesn’t mean you need to say goodbye to your well-loved pieces.

I work closely with skilled craftspeople who offer French Polishing, repairing, waxing, staining, re-caning, and stabilising of details such as marquetry.

We can also respray Lloyd Loom and wicker furniture.
